We’re growing!

In September we had Alicia and Leah join our team.

We are so thankful for Alicia applying to be the youth work assistant after her development year with us ending in July 2025. We welcome her back with open arms and can’t wait to see her flourish even more.

Leah is joining the team fresh, she is going to be taking on the role of wellbeing practitioner here at Souster. Working with the volunteers in local secondary schools she will be continuing and improving our GROW intervention, which is us helping the wellbeing of young people, helping them through the difficult situations in their lives.

Both Alicia and Leah’s first week we went away as a team to think about the term ahead and do some team building, we found out that Leah is not competitive at all, and that Alicia has a lot to offer both leading and contributing to conversations.
